Clicking on the Connect button will start the VPN connection process. Depending on the VPN protocol you chose and the network you are on, this may take a few moments or a few minutes. Once you have downloaded and installed the app, launch it. It will then show you the list of all the available VPN connections on the system. To connect to a VPN, simply click on the corresponding OpenVPN or L2TP/IPsec icon in the list.
The VPN connection will then be established and the app will briefly show you the status of the connection in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
If everything went well, you will see the VPN connection details in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. To disconnect from a VPN, click on the disconnect button in the menu or click on the link at the bottom of the app to permanently disconnect.
